Loved it Dave! Especially the estimated value attached to actions that precede revenue in slide 17.

The same type of scoring can be done (and is much needed) with site content, social media and distributed apps to establish new value/revenue creation models and associated ROI metrics that can be optimized against.

Simply put, we're undervaluing our medium because we're not quantifying it properly. We need the actuals!
