AARRR! Today is National Talk Like a Pirate Day! (and while you're AARRR-ing, vote for my PIRATES panel @ SXSW '08 -- Startup Metrics for Pirates: AARRR!)

This panel will discuss how to design & use a Startup Metrics dashboard, and a simple 5-step model*  (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, & Revenue) to make better product and marketing decisions for your startup.
