I got Soul, but I'm not a Soldier

Learn more about the Invisible Children, the Global Night Commute, and a little-known war in Northern Uganda that is causing massive child abduction, forcing kids to become child soldiers & sex slaves.

Three young US filmmakers have been working on a documentary to help raise awareness about this effort.  Imagine creating a mission to change the world with a message as powerful as this one.

Hey Dave - a presentor at last year's PUSH conference went into great detail about the challenges in Africa. As a coincidence, there was also the Founder of Grameenphone at the conference. http://www.pushthefuture.org/archive/2005/speakers2005.asp

Whatever we have been doing in Africa (IMHO huge feeling of guilt by us white folks) seems to only makes things worse. They, like all of us, want to pick ourselves up by the bootstraps and say "we did it". I like what Grameenphone did and what Unitus is trying to do...helping others but ultimately "they own it".

Seeing this sure makes me think that we have some work to do at Unitus. We have a powerful and emotional message, but we haven't packaged it yet to have the punch and the viral power of Invisible Children. Don't you think?
