You guys are missing the main issue:
Aaron Patzer is the Valley's Don Draper.
Both Mint.com and Sterling Cooper were sold this year, making Aaron and Don multi-millionaires. (Don's 1962 half a million equals $5-10 million today).
Both have been tied down to 3-year contracts with their new employers.
Both move confidently and don't explain, while the Ducks, Peggys and Petes speculate and react.
And they look alike.
